Jay helped me set up my new printer. He was very responsive from my first call to him as well as very punctual. He arrived prepared and extremely knowledgeable and went the extra mile setting up all the features as well as giving me a tutorial and other helpful advice. I would highly recommend Jay for any and all technology support issues. He far succeeded my expectations and IÂ’m 100% satisfied with the work performed. Excellent!

Computer runs like new
Jay Shapiro responded to our call immediately and within a couple of hours his technician was already working on our computers. The technician (Mark) is very knowledgeable, patient and pleasant. He not only took care of our initial important problem but also answered many questions and solved a couple of other issues too. We are indeed very pleased and will be calling them again in the future. We thought we would be days without a computer but in an hour everything was solved. Thank you so much for your prompt and efficient response.

Jay responded quickly to the request, he managed to solve the ussue and helped with other updates and problems with wiring. The only thing was that J requested a receipt for services paid in cash and am still waiting for it. We started at 4pm and ended at 5:20. He just wrote that ge would be sending it soon. Overall, I am pleased with the service.
