Jay is the absolute bomb! I had so many things wrong with my PC which started with a Windows update gone wrong to issues that occurred when a not so competent company (not from Angi) attempted repair. Jay spent 3+ hours getting me back in business. I will definitely continue working with Jay and I highly recommend his services.

He showed up on time(actually 5 min early), was professional which is uncommon based on my past experiences and fixed the problem I had. He explained to me what he was doing so I could understand it in non-techie terms. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mr Shapiro for any computer issues you may have

  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
