Jay was early and it was 6 am! He got in, fixed my computer issues, was reasonably priced, and on top of it all, he's a really good guy. I highly recommend Jay to anyone who needs computer help.

Jay was able to remove the virus in my computer He was able to do it remotely which saved me a lot of time. Best Buy Geek Squad was nor able to hook up remotely. I highly recommend Jay. He knows his stuff

Responds Quickly. Very professional on the phone, coming on time, and obviously knew what he was doing. I hired him to hook up a printer, and he did that, and also performed a "Clean up" service on my Macbook pro, and now it noticeably is fast and has less hang ups. Jay went above and beyond the call of duty, and I would recommend him highly. He will get my call anytime I need these kind of services performed.

He was very helpful and fixed the problem I was having with my mouse. He also fixed all the other bugs that had built up on my computer and now I feel much more comfortable and secure using it. I also appreciate the easier sign-in process he was able to set up for me. He was great to work with and I would recommend them to anyone that needs help with their computer.
