I physically broke my laptop computer (trying to be own tech person). Home Advisor led me to Jay Shapiro. Jay called me in minutes and picked up my laptop just a short while later. He repaired it, replaced a battery & delivered back to me in no time at all. Truthfully, I expected a whopping bill considering the damage I did. (Now I can let him know that). His price was surprisingly reasonable. Bottom line: 5 BIG stars! His professionalism, ability, promptness & kind manner place him on top of all the computer people I ve known. Jay was first and only contractor to call me. He called with in seconds of my posing the request for service. He came the very next day (which was a Sunday) and he got my system up and running like new. He is very knowledgeable and efficient. In my situation he had to revive the solid state hard drive and re-install windows operating system. My computer is working better now than it did when it was brand new 5 years ago.
