I hired Jay to help my Mom get her computer back up and running. Iâ m in Illinois and given how far away she lives it was super stressful. Thankfully I found Jay who got everything working, was patient and a great communicator with someone who is older and not super confident in her tech skills. He is fantastic. I recommend him without question.

By random I picked a computer tech for my computer plus my phone.its the best thing I ever did.Got very lucky to see Jay Shapiro, He is the very best at his job,would not go to anyone else.
