Jay responded immediately. He obviously is the one you want when you have a problem. Within one minute of looking at my laptop, he knew the answer. He also installed malware and spyware on my laptop. I would highly recommend him. I made the right choice instead of going to Best Buy geek squad. Thanks.

Jay was going to help my elderly brother who is in a nursing home how to use the computer. I was giving him this gift but he just didn t want it. I had scheduled 2hours of service but I cancelled the last moment and he just charged me a reasonable amount for cancellation. He has a great personality and is interested in helping people. If I ever need him again I would call him and recommend him to anyone.
