Jay Shapiro is the consummate professional. Whatever computer problem I have, Jay''s knowledge is so in depth that he can fix anything. All the while he gives me some tips. He's very prompt and a pleasure to be with, He's very patient and will answer all of your questions. He can fix a desktop computer, an IPad and a smartphone. I have a smart TV and he set it up for me to easily stream content. I have the utmost confidence in Jay and I recommend you call him first if you need help with any electronics. He will also work with you if you need to select/replace equipment. If you want the best service, call Jay.
