Jay was great! We are a small non-profit, having difficulty interfacing our computer with Zoom. Jay met with us ON A SUNDAY! He was patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. He not only solved our problems, but took the time to teach us the skills we needed to manage the technology essential to our group.
