THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND DID THE REPAIR QUICK
My computer was running slow. He picked up my computer took for a few days and worked on it. He cleaned up the computer so that it works a little faster. However, my laptop does not have a strong enough processor. He did the best he could do for the machine. We spoke about the issue and he took additional time to remote into my computer to analyze if any other issues existed. Recommendations were made, which I was helpful.

He "repaired" remotely. A cursory check on my part seemed to indicate repairs made. the next day when I tried to use the computer for all the things I use it for, all the problems reappeared and I couldn't use it. I called him in NYC. HE asked if we could get together the coming Sunday to work on the computer. I agreed-He said he would call---I waited all day --NO CALL-----etc., etc
My Apologies if I did not get back to you as I believe I was taking my mom to the hospital that next day. I am always here for the client and sorry if this slipped through the cracks. If you decide to use our company again I offer you 1 free hour of help. -Jay Shapiro
