Mr. Shapiro responded to my request and attempted to repair my computer on our first appointment and was not able to do so due to his time constraints. Mr. Shapiro did make an effort to connect with me for a second appointment, but we were not able to reconnect due to my schedule.

My apologies Valerie. we actually were not finished and were going to follow up the following week as you had to travel. When I called you the next week you said the problem was fixed. Again my apologies.

Jay is very knowledgeable and responded to my questions in non technical language I could understand. He has indicated he will contact me after all my data is backed up to the cloud using Carbonite. to verify this was done appropriately.

He really knows his stuff. He is VERY patient, which I am not, and I started showing my displeasure and a little over an hour later, my issue was fixed! I've had many others attempt to fix this issue and he's the only one who did! I probably drove him to drink. I'll only use him in the future and thank you Angi's for recommending him...
