It seems Jay is doing the right thing by the local community- harder to come by these days in a post Covid world of depersonalized service, where the options regrettably seem to be either minimally competent in one micro-aspect of IT support (e.g. installing a battery) or borderline vindictive in terms of predatory pricing. And fortunately for his clients , Jay’s apparent broadbased knowledge is complemented by his collaborative ethic. To wit , as Jay’s quiet success has allowed him to provide support for snowbirds to Florida , his local resource Bryant did a beautiful job of restoring my father’s laptop hard drive, in under 48 hours , ostensibly following best practices for which certain “corporate” providers to investment banks and white shoe law firms would likely charge the GDP of Moldova , in per diem consulting fees, before even delivering a finished product. And dovetailing on Jay’s apparent commitment to personal service , Bryant met me in person for BOTH handoffs…Bravo, J
