"Demitri came out and looked at our yard. We told him what we wanted . Beside the sod we also had mulch put in. We got our quote and made the decision to go with his company. The guys were great, very respectful of our home. The guys got here about 9 am and were done with everything and on there way by a little after one. I think what impressed me the most is that Demitri was right out there working with the guys to get things done. They even came back two weeks later and trimmed our coconut tree. From the start communication was excellent, he is friendly and he came on time; we discussed the work that needed to be done and agreed on a very reasonable price. He and his crew did an excellent job removing the weeds, applying weed killer, fertilizing. Also cutting back some shrubs, a palm tree and straightening up and securing my hibiscus tree to a steel rod. Commended them on their quick but very satisfying work. They also cleaned up really well. As a result, there was extreme overgrowth in the front berm, which was shading and choking a 20 foot cactus that my mother originally planted over 30 years ago as a small plant costing $1.99 at Publix. This cactus has sentimental value to me and I looked to Ryan to save it. Also, there were overgrown shrubs and trees around the house. Since I live in New York and needed to contract this job remotely by text, I sent Ryan pictures taken in 2020 and asked him to bring it back to the way it was then. Ryan did a spectacular job everywhere and sensitively freed and saved my Mom's cactus. "I put in a request on Mother's Day for estimates to remove two trees in our back yard and received a call from Samigo the very same day. He came out that day, quoted the project, and said the work could be done the next day. The crew was here on time and completed the removal of the trees perfectly. All debris was hauled away. I also contracted Samigo to trim a tree in our front yard. He quoted the job, I agreed, and the work was performed. The tree looks beautiful. Samigo also trimmed another small tree without being asked. It was done with the other trimming work. My husband and I were very impressed and would use Samigo again."

"Wow. 5 STARS! Mr Sparky Of Pompano Beach serviced my elderly parents home today and I am impressed. My interactions with this company from the get-go were just terrific. They were polite, responsive and on the ball from the very first communication. We talked to them by email, text and phone seamlessly. Both yesterday and today i received reminders about the appointment and today I received a picture of the technician who we should expect to arrive several hour before they rang the doorbell- so we knew who to expect. The issue was that there was no electricity in several outlets in the kitchen. There was a prior pest issue and the pest control company told us that the insects may have eaten through a wire. It turns out that it was just a tripped breaker. My elderly parents just didn't know how to check a breaker switch or were afraid to do it. Mr Sparky figured out the problem quickly- and fixed it. But the best part is that Mr Sparky did not charge my parents one dime. Not a service fee. Not a pandemic fee. No gas surcharge. NOTHING. The invoice said $0 due. When does that ever happen? Never. I am in the real estate business and I can tell you first hand that to find a company with a heart- that isn't a faceless, profit machine is next to impossible. No one seems to care very much about customer service anymore. This company obviously does. I could tell from the start that this was a family owned business that still knows how to do the right thing. They were terrific with my parents- and I am in shock about the price. It is very rare to see a company do the right thing these days--- and this is a company that did it. It will pay dividends to them. So they deserve a 5 STAR rating. And I am giving it to them. We will recommend them to our friends and family and we will call them every time we have an issue. We certainly don't expect this to happen again (a $0 invoice) but it harkens back to better days- when we were all neighbors and we all looked"
