he came right away and fixed the problem with the computer, although I had some issues with it afterward, but he was able to fix or advise me on those issues. he takes a while to respond to other questions I have, because he has other customers, but nothing is/was urgent, so not an issue. He is expensive, but only a little more than others were charging.

Had them come over to fix my Roku connection for watching netflix. Worked good, then when they left, I had the same problem occur again.
