Write a ReviewIt was three windows. That's the problem. I'd give them an "F" on price because they advertised the windows for $189 but when they get out here there's not a window available for $189. They responsiveness was good. I probably would use this provider again, even though they mis-advertised the price of their windows, they still came in lower than anybody else.

My problem with them was with the installation. They were supposed to gone over a certification check list. They didn?t do any of that, they just sort of gave me the package. They didn?t show me how to use the windows because they said to let stuff dry. The next morning when I tried to raise the window it wouldn?t work. Then I did call the salesperson. He really redeemed them because he did come out and showed me how to do the windows, but he should have actually demoed the window before he showed them. If he had done that then I would have known everything that he was going over. The other problem was that I could have written them back and told them all of this, but right after he put the windows in I left town and I was gone for a month. When I came back I contacted him. They said I would have to deal with their contract, but I never got a copy of that. I guess I need to contact them so they can give me whatever their contract is as far as repair of the windows. He did respond when I called. They weren?t really on time, they came a little late. It was the installers who really messed them up. When they finished the installing and I was asking them questions they just didn?t seem very helpful. When they came in to install it just really turned me off with the company. They didn?t really do things like they should have. They really should tell people about the windows, how they work and all of that in the beginning. They did say, ?our windows are really great and they?re the cheapest and all of that.? I got too occupied with the price of the window when I really should have, I guess looked a little closer at the quality of the window. I won?t know really the quality until after time. The only thing that they will guarantee is if the window malfunctions, they will replace the window itself. If they didn?t install it right then they are not going to come and fix that. That should be sort of explained in advance. When I tried to open the window, that window is very heavy. I could barely open it myself, I had no idea those windows were that heavy. I guess that should have been explained to you a head of time or something, the weight of the window. . I did have to call them a couple of times, but they did call me back.Â

It went very well. They were there exactly when they said the would be. They said it would take an entire day but they were done in 5 hours. They were very clean. The man that did the measuring was very professional. Everything fit perfectly and not one glitch.

Terrible. Of course, the salesman wasted no time in contacting me and taking 1/2 of my money. I scheduled the installation about 10 days in advance. Here is how it went Calls me before 9 am as promised to say would be at house between noon -1p 1:15, no show, no call, no anything so I call the crew chief who tells me oh..is it after 1 already? to which I replay yes and he tells me he is held up on a job and will be at my location with the hour(2:15p). 2: 45. still no show, and still no word. Call crew chief. no answer 3pm still no show and still no word. Have called crew chief and left 3 messages at this point so I finally send a text 4:05 get a response finally saying sorry, they are on the way 6:30 I am still waiting, have left 2 more text and 2 more voice mails with no response I pulled the room apart to get ready for them including removal of blinds and furniture so not only do I not have a window, they have $300 and I have a room that has to be put back together with nothing to show for it. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT FALL FOR THE LOW PRICE WE ARE THE BEST LINE THAT THEY GIVE YOU. THE OFFICES ARE CLOSED WHEN YOU TRY TO CONTACT THEM - EVEN DURING THE WEEK SO YOU CAN NOT GET TO ANYONE TO GET AN ANSWER. THEY ARE ALL ABOUT MAKING THE SALE THEN LEAVING YOU HIGH AND DRY. I WILL BE REQUESTING A FULL REFUND AND DOING WHAT I SHOULD HAVE DONE THE 1ST TIME AND THAT IS PAY A LITTLE MORE AND GET A COMPANY THAT IS NOT HIRING CON ARTISTS. The fact I had to sit around all day and get nothing but broken promises about the time they plan to show up is nothing more than a scam. I get it, my job was small but they advertise they do all size jobs so I expect a level of service that they advertise I get it. Things happen on other jobs. JUST CONTACT ME AND TELL ME YOU HAVE TO RESCHEDULE. Not so much to ask.
