The man came who came out and the sales pitch was very nice, very knowledgeable, and explained all that we needed to know about replacing windows in the house. 2 people came out to do the job, and they did not leave the area so good. They left glass everywhere. They break out the windows that the builder had put in, they take out the frame and everything, and to do that, they have to break the glass. We had glass all over our yard, all in our house, and 6 months later, we were still finding glass everywhere. It was not safe because we had an almost 2 year old and almost 5 years old at the time. It wasn't little pieces of glass. They disposed of the window frames, and a good bit of the glass, but they left a lot of glass. We would use them again with the knowledge that they would clean up better.

They came when they said, they installed when they said and the windows look great.  Worth every penny!  Waited to review to see how the windows would perform.  Money well spent.

Window World of Houston did a great job they had a really fair price and good quality windows.  They were  able to accommodate all my special requests.  I would recommend them to others.

They were very good. They had a finance plan and there were no interests. They are very professional, on time and did good work. The price was reasonable.

The windows were great but the followup with leaks and stuff like that not so much. We tried following up with them and we ended up having to go with an outside source to repair the leaks because Window World was not responsive at all. They said well we can come out for 50 dollars but we are like its your installation and you failed in the first place. The quality of the windows was good but the installation left a lot to be desired.
