Everything about the process was great from my initial meeting with my salesman Dan who went over everything in great detail, checked up on the progress daily and even brought extra dog treats for Zeus. My installer Vinny was extremely prompt on installation days always calling prior to arrival and arriving at least 10 mins early every day. He did a great job with the installation and took great pride in his workmanship. Communication was the best throughout this entire process which made the experience even better.

It went very fast. They ask you to have the furniture and curtains away from the windows for when they show up they lay down tarps inside for any broken glass that may fall inside and they won by one start taking out the old windows and fit the new ones and they are done in no time 18 windows took them about hrs and that was completely refitting a bay window. Very pleased with there work.

Danny Trader fully explained what was available. He answered all the questions I had and also assisted me with getting a city permit. It took 1 day to install 31 windows. They arrived at the time they said they would come. The crew communicated well and cleaned up their mess. I’m very impressed with the job

Salesman (Dan) was professional, concise, and precise. A joy to work with. Installation was lead by Roger, he called early to let us know arrival time. He arrived as scheduled with his crew and did a precise installation, cleaned up, inspected with me. Very satisfying experience in all things.
