It went well. The only complaint I have is that I did find several large shards of glass on the floor in the house and outside after the crew left.

It went great! Mickey was very responsive, punctual, the windows were installed in under 2 hours, workers cleaned the area after, and the house looks wonderful now!

Two years ago I paid thousands of dollars to have several windows in my home replaced by Window World. Two of these windows would not close and lock. They sent countless repairmen but no one could fix them. Each repairman told me that the windows were faulty. After contacting the corporate office I received a partial refund of $500 and a promise that they would install new windows. I am still waiting and our home still has windows that do not lock. I went with Window World because they were cheaper --I should have read the reviews first. All I received for my money was broken windows and broken promises.

Through the whole proceeds of ordering the windows to installation of the windows- Dan, Scott, and the crew that showed up did amazing work! I was very impressed. They also cleaned up so well you can’t tell they were here. The windows look beautiful and gave my house a facelift! I am so excited to have these beautiful new windows in my home. I am obsessed with my bay window. It was a eye sore before and now it looks gorgeous! I added a photo of it!

The workers showed up on time and quickly went to work. They covered the inside with drop cloth and plastic and when they left there was no mess inside the house. 11 windows were finished in just about 4 hours. I will be recommending them to anyone that needs windows on the future.

Excellent presale service and order taking. Some confusion because I added one window later. Due to COVID-19 manufacturing of windows took longer. Installation completed on one day by very capable crew. Two window tops sections were scratched but will be replaced.

Consultant arrived as promised. No gimmicks or long presentations. The consultant (Larry) responded quickly to my questions and helped me work through my indecisiveness by providing pictures and his expert advice. I’m looking forward to the installation.
