Window World of Houston

The sales rep, Preston Stephens walked me through the product selection and provided a competitive quote. The windows arrived on-time and were installed on the requested date. The demolition of the old windows and the intallation of the new windows took about six hours. The crew did a good job of keeping the mess to a minimum, and cleaned up well afterwards. The crew foreman, Jorge Romero, kept me informed of their progress and was on-site the entire time. He walked me through the operation of the new windows, and answered all of my questions about future maintenance.

It was not a good experience.  Installers do a great job, everything was well done and cleaned up but the rest of the company is horrible.  And do not even mention the "Home of the $189.00 Window".

I wasn't real happy with their customer service.  They came out with a broken window, which should have never happened.  Plus, we told them we did not want to use subcontractors and they sent out the most awful looking crew of people to put  my windows in.  I refused to let them in my house; that's how bad they looked.  So that was another delay.  It took another couple weeks to get real Window World people to come out and put my windows.  And then one of them came broken.  It should have never gotten on the truck broken.  I just thought they did a half-ass job.  I like the windows.  I don't have any problem with the installation once they got them in, but it was all the peripherals around it and the people.  The quality control was not there.

They were prompt, courteous and efficient. They did a great job. Took care to control and clean up old glass and were completely finished within 2 hours. The new windows were installed and sealed perfectly. I couldn't be happier. I might add that the salesman who came initially to give an estimate was also prompt and very knowledgeable.

The whole thing went very well. They got the job done in half a day which actually should have taken a day or day and half. They had a crew of three people out here. I was very satisfied and very well done. The windows were very nice. Their effort and efficiency was nice. Their price was cheaper than others and was the lowest of any other window installers of the same quality windows. There was another company who came out and gave an estimate of $15000 but I found out that it was the same quality of Window World. I found Window World through Angie’s List. I used them because they were highly rated on Angie’s List by other customers.

Excellent-  I met with the sales rep Joel in my home in February and said what I had in mind.  He was knowledgeable and gave me the estimate along with the details of how it would all flow. Ordered windows on 3/16/20 with 50% deposit, balance due on completion of install.  Got a call about 3 weeks later had to change design of one bath room window due to factory limitiation, no big deal no extra charge.  Got a call last week, that windows were ready to install, set install date of 4/20/12 Installer Scott called 4/20 first thing in the morning,  arrived exactly on time with a helper, had all windows removed before noon.  Installed new windows, caulked, cleaned up before 3 pm when rainstorm started. All done professionally, on time and no surprises, windows are of excellent quality, hope to see some savings on utilities this summer

A representative came out from WW upon my request for a consultation and estimate.  I was shocked at the quality of window he was offering for the price.  I had three other companies come out to give estimates and WW was by far the best priced for equal or better window quality than the other contractors were proposing.  Basically, I was able to get 16 windows from WW, while the other contractors would have only been able to provide me with 10 windows for the same price.  The sales rep for WW was very knowledgeable, but not pushy.  He twice came out to demonstrate the windows for me and my husband so we were very comfortable with the product.  The sales rep was easy to work with.  And, things went as he said they would:  one house visit for measurments, then 3-4 weeks for the windows to be custom made and delivered, and then one day for installation.  All expectations were met.  The team did a very nice job on the installation and we are very pleased.

We compared several prices and theirs was the best one. Window World was great. They got in here and got the job done. They did not leave a mess.
