Jason Burnett, John Waldridge, Steve Leezer did a fantastic job of installing our windows. They were professional, neat, polite and didn't complain even though it was an extremely hot day. Our only complaint would be that we we signed the contract and paid the deposit in early June and were given an installation date of 10 weeks later. The contract stated installation to be within 6 weeks of signing. With some push back and phone calls they did install on week 7.

Had removal of old bathtub and shower, Jared C. And Kyle M. did an excellent job. They were on time, and did an excellent job cleaning up. I highly recommend these two. Great job...

Jason Burnett, Jody Monroe, Rick Morris, Shane Hilliard, John Waldridge, Barry Bowling, Steve Leezer, Brenton Byreley. These men, this crew, is absolutely fantastic! We are beyond thrilled with our new windows and beyond happy with the customer service they provided as well. The product is awesome and overall it was one of the best experiences I ve had with a company. I will definitely hire them for other projects and I will definitely recommend them to other people. Thank you guys again! You are awesome and our house looks beautiful!

Everyone was very hard working and knew what they were doing. They put in a lot of work. Brenton B and Kyle G Cade were there from the start and never stopped working. They were very Professional. They did an excellent job. I am very happy with the work done.

Everyone was very hard working and knew what they were doing. They put in a lot of work. Cade and Joe were there from the start and never stopped working. Brenton, John and Barry all contributed. I've had a shower installed by West Shore and have never had a problem with the work done by their crews or the quality of the product.
