Mike and Hunter were very polite and informative. I actually enjoyed the experience and felt they cared that we were happy with their work! I would hope that they would still receive the bonus for a good review. Even if the cost of the project still seemed too high!

Very professional from start to finish. Zack H. was very good in initial visit in helping me with my custom design and to stay within my budget. Will R. & Reuben M. handled my install with knowledge and professionalism. I could tell from their experience that they knew what worked best in the placement of safety bars and shelves but made sure to ask my opinion to verify any thoughts or concerns I might have. They cleaned the area nicely when complete and went through information regarding care and cleaning of my new shower. I highly recommend these installers and West Shore.

Great windows and tech came out to fix any issues we had. Go the windows from a company they acquired but they still cam out to make good on the promise that if we had any hardware issues they would be fixed - our service person, Stephen Leezer, was very professional and helpful
