Overall, pretty good. The job took a bit longer than we thought, John Waldridge and Jody Monroe. they installed a back sliding door. they got here at 8:10 AM and finished up at 3PM . They did a professional job and cleaned up all of the garbage. Not real happy with all of the caulking that had to be put around trim on outside and really not happy with the gap that was around the entire door frame, an inch all the way around, which had to be shimmed a lot. the door should have been custom made to fit tighter in the rough opening. But none of this was in error to your installers. They did what they had to do to make it work.

I was very impressed with the representative Nicholas who came to my house. he was very helpful. Jagger S and Braeden W were very efficient and friendly. They cleaned up all the mess that was made removing the old tub and completed the job in 8 hours. I absolutely love my new shower. I highly recommend

Our experience from start to finish was extremely pleasant. Braedan W. and Tyler C. were punctual, professional, and very careful in our home. They didn’t mind me taking pictures of their work throughout the day, and each one took time to explain everything that was being done. They worked very efficiently. At various points, they called me in to make sure all of our features would be placed exactly where we wanted them. The placement of the shower seat had to be adjusted because of the packet door in the wall, and they did an excellent job making sure it would still be comfortable for my mother. The project turned out beautifully, and my 86 year old mother couldn’t be happier about her new shower! Her Christmas was truly special!! Thank you to Braedan and Tyler for making this the easiest home project ever.
