We had a tub/shower combo removed and replaced with a more modern shower, Kyle K. and Braeden W. did a great job. They showed up on time and where done at end of day. The job they did was professional. We were pleased with job.

We had an ancient metal shower stall removed and replaced with a bigger, more modern shower. The installers, Mike C and Barney G, were very professional and respectful. They arrived on time, did exactly what we asked them to do. They completely cleaned the job debris. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thanks for a job well done! Rick Winn

Professionally handled, from the consultant to the completed work. Everyone was courteous, polite, and excel in their abilities. Every time I walk into the bathroom, I have to stop and stare at my new bath/shower because I'm amazed at what a difference there is. I would highly recommend West Shore Home. I am completely satisfied.

We had West Shore install a new shower for us. The product was great but their responsiveness and professionalism were not. After we had paid them in full for the job, they would not respond to any of my emails or calls, and didnt give us a receipt, completion certificate, or any warranty information on the shower. I have called customer service twice and they say they will send it right over, but it has been weeks. I have reached out to the salesman, Zack, who sold us the shower, but he has not responded to a single thing since we paid them. This company is not worthy of their high rating in my opinion, and the whole process felt like a travelling vacuum salesman to me, who charms you and gets you to buy, then skips town.
