Was told it would be a one day project and it ended up being a week. First day was going well until the end and they were missing the final piece to complete the project. Said piece had to be special ordered. When they came to install piece a week later they measured and cut on site. Was not a special order according to installer. Getting someone to return your calls is next to impossible and when they do its nothing but excuses.

My 1967 home needed replacement windows and West Shore Home did a fantastic job! I would give them 10 stars if it was available. No kidding! Not only are the windows well made, easy to open and easy to clean, but the entire staff was a pleasure to work with...from the salesman, Brent Rexroat, to the schedulers and office staff, to the installation staff (Nick C., Justin J., Josh F., Paul J. and Ben T.). Everyone put fourth their best. They were courteous, efficient, kind, skilled and even funny. It was a long day without AC, but we enjoyed being around the installation crew in spite of the inconvenience. Unfortunately my old windows had not been installed correctly so I had a lot of wood rot and mold on the south side, but the installation crew used their incredible skills to get those windows securely installed until I could hire a construction crew rebuild the wall. When the construction company guy came out to quote that rebuild, he even commented on what a good job West Shore Home did, and how secure my windows were installed. He said that he didn't want anyone to remove them, but planned around them staying out when he did his work. I highly recommend West Shore Home Windows, and I will use them again if ever needed.

They were completely untrained. The shower head, handle, and drain were not lined up. Caulk was everywhere and shower was uneven and door wouldnt stay closed. Shelves fell off the wall with 2 days. It took them weeks to send someone out to fix it and it still looks awful. Do not use them for a shower remodel!

My sales consultant, Trent, was very professional and knowledgeable in assisting me in designing my shower installation. The installers were also very professional, courteous, and did an excellent job. They cleaned up well and explained the project as they went along. Props to Eli and Cody for a job well done.
