Job was done in timely manner. Cleaned nicely when job was finished. Danny W was my installer Came in removed old jetted tub and surrond .Fixed a plumbing issue with p trap in shower area. Installed new shower and grab bars. Needed tub removed with aging in place. Tired of stepping over tub..The new shower easier to clean with vinegar and water. Grab bars that I don't have to worry about them breaking. The surround goes to the ceiling. So don't have to worry about water on the backer board.. With the chrome and stainless steel looks amazing.Glad got bench seat in back.So can sit and shower .With shower hose extension.

Our sales rep, Chris Evans, was very helpful in describing the products and services provided by WSH. He spent time with us to explain the process and worked through our financing on the spot. On the day, we were greeted by two polite and eager technicians, Mike C. & Josh A, who were on-time and ready to begin the remodel. They worked well together as a team. They completed the whole job in time for my wife and I to keep our "date night" plans! Mike & Josh were fast, efficient and did a great job cleaning up the mess during and after the remodel. West Shore Home did a great job on our new handicap-accessible walk-in shower. Our Sales Rep, Clay, could not have been better. He was knowledgeable and genuine, making our experience top-notch. A big thanks to the installation team, Jared and Aaron, for their professionalism. They showed up on time and knocked it out in one day, as promised. Eli and Neil did a fabulous job installing our new shower. They had their work cut out for them since we live in an older home, it took a lot of extra work for them to remove the old shower. They were very professional and polite. Both Eli and Neil were great at what they do. The new shower looks fantastic! I would personally recommend Eli and Neil (and West Shore Home) to anyone needing a shower remodel.

Our new windows were installed today by Jason Burnett, Jody Monroe and Stephen Leezer. We could not be more pleased with the job they did. These guys werenâ t just installers, they were craftsmen. They worked seamlessly as a team and the entire job of replacing seven windows and performing a superb clean-up was completed in less than seven hours. The windows are beautiful. Kudos also to our Design Consultant, Casey Oâ Connell.
