West Shore Home just installed 21 new windows in my home. From start to finish, this whole experience has been very positive. Design Consultant Casey O. was very helpful during my decision making process. The installation crew arrived on time and were very professional. I was impressed with how well they worked together as a team, and they kept me informed throughout the installation. That shows excellent leadership. All the guys were very pleasant and polite with me and with each other. Manager Neal stopped by for a progress check, and I told him how pleased I was. Site supervisor Jared C. kept things moving and all the crew, including Case K., Jagger S., Justin J., Carter C., Bryce S., Ellis, Austin B., Aiden C., and Justin R. were thorough and efficient. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. I highly recommend West Shore Home for replacement windows!

We had 2 crews working on 2 shower replacements at the same time. The showers both look awesome. I was impressed because they loaded up and hauled away all the trash and debris from the demolition. They were polite and apologetic for any errors made. They came back the next day and replaced an entire wall because they drilled to high for the shower seat. Thank you Jesse M, Bryce S, Mike C and Eli W for all your great work!

Cody Y and Gabe J were the best! They were professional, courteous, and very honest. Ted also came by, along with the master plumber. Was very impressed that they sent people by to check on, not only the progress, but also me. Love the finished product! 10/10 recommend!!

Jordan S and Eli W were the installers. They were very professional and polite. I really liked the fact of adding plywood around the shower for reinforcement. Fantastic job. When complete, in one day, they cleaned up and showed us what we needed to know. Highly recommend.

Great experience through out from Chris S as design consultant to Cody Y and Gabe J who performed the remodel. All were pleasant to have in our home. Workmanship was excellent. Left the work area clean and took away all debris. All in one day.
