The installer Mike C. was a professional, on time, respectful of us and our home. He made sure what we asked for was what he was doing and worked untiringly the entire day. He cleaned up the area and the end result is a beautiful tub/shower that is awesome! Thank you for adding value to our home.

Stephen L came out to replace a broken lock. He was professional, very nice and was early for the appointment. It took no time. In a time of shady business's and installers it was great to get a professional. I would recommend West Shore Homes. Thanks!

Window project was great but bath remodel wasn't so good. The workmanship from installer Danny N was great. He did an excellent job. The issue came from those reading the work order. We picked the Sand Shell Beige pan with a right hand drain. However when they showed up the had a center drain. Installer pointed this out upon arrival. Getting away from center drain was some of the reason for replacement. Danny called his boss who in turn called me and tried to talk me into center drain. I said no so he tried calling another store to see if they had what we had ordered. They didn't so he called back and said he could bring a white pan out. We agreed but wasn't told it was 2 inches narrower. Went from a 34x60 pan to a 32x60 They did take $250 off the price but losing those 2 inches still leaves us with water dripping on floor. I reviewed the paperwork John turned in and it showed a right hand drain. Someone dropped the ball badly on this project.

We couldn't ask for better workmanship/craftsmanship. The new doors and windows look wonderful. The crew cleaned up after themselves that you can't even tell they were here.
