Sean and Jagger were the two man crew that performed the shower replacement. They kept us involved in the process by showing the condition of the shower area after the old shower was removed. We were then shown the improvements made to the area before installation of the new shower so that we would be aware of what would exactly be behind our new shower. Completed project was beautifully finished and was exactly what we expected. They cleaned up all the work area before departing. We only had one issue with the curtain rod being cut to an incorrect length. This was quickly resolved by Thomas Stewart in a follow up visit. Everyone involved in the project was both courteous and professional.

They made it right, but thete were so many things that werent done correctly on the first two trips. The rep named Corey never did his follow ups. Still havent heard back from him. Also, you all took our contract number and sent to billing/finance before the job was completed!

Thomas Stewart repaired a flaw in our shower that was previously installed by West Shore Homes. He was courteous and professional and corrected the defect.
