We were impressed with their product and installation. True to their word, they left everything clean as a whistle so to speak. But, that is not the main reason I would recommend them to others. One of the installers damaged our table in the process. West Shore came out and did their due diligence . After than, no hesitation, they are replacing the table. Customer service is so important these days and West Shore proved that they know what the words mean. I will not hesitate to recommend them. And, by the way, the windows are beautiful.

Elijah and Evan were very respectful of my home, listened well, explained thoroughly what they were doing. I was very satisfied with these two young men that were a pleasure to have in my home.

Got the job complete in one day. Justin R, Carter C, Blaze D, and Shy W were all professional throughout the whole project. They did leave a broom but cleaned up everything else and left the area clean as promised. Was very thorough in explaining how everything worked between the work process and the windows themselves. Would recommend West Shore Home and the crew that did the install.

Camron and Thomas were the installers on my project which was the coldest day so far this year. Working in 26 degree weather with wind and snow the were still extremely upbeat and professional. I would highly recommend them. Their quality of work and work ethic is commendable. Many thanks for a job well done
