I had a sliding patio door installed Oct 2020. They did a fabulous job installing it. Due to wear and tear this summer 2021 I had to have the screen replaced on the door. They came back no questions asked to replace. Thank you Stephen Leezer!

The Tech/repairman who came to the to the work,, Stephen Leezer, was prompt to arrive (5 minutes early), curteous and professional upon introduction, and purposeful and expedient in his assessment and repair. Overall, if I need any other work performed by West Shore I wouldn't hestitate to call... and I would ask for Stephen.

The three workers arrived at 8:15 a.m. on 8/11/21, completed the job in full, cleaned up any mess, and departed at 5:30 p.m. They installed two bathroom showers, which look and operate satisfactorily. I highly recommend the three installers: Will, Jared, and Danny.

Mike C. and Danny N. did an excellent job of removing our tub and installing a shower. They were very friendly and professional. They put down padding to protect our floors and they cleaned everything up afterwards. I would definitely recommend them to others. In fact, our cousin has already called Brent, our representative, for a project at her house based on our recommendations.
