Eli B and Gabe Q did our install. They were so professional and courteous. Highly recommend this company. The salesman Carl C did an excellent job of explaining the installation process as well as choices of materials. My husband and I could not be happier with the end result.

Brenton B, Caleb R, and Joseph H were absolutely amazing!!!! They came in, got right to work, and were awesome to deal with while they instants my windows. They were mindful about cleaning up the work area and ensuring I was happy with the progress and the completed work. These guys should be commended as a credit to the company

I had windows installed by American Windows many years ago which WEST SHORE took over. I had a window that fell out of its traction and called west shore. They sent over STEPHEN LEESER Who was great and put it back on the track. WEST SHORE did not charge me for this service.. Not many companies would do that. I would highly recommend this company
