Tub to shower conversion was done by professional installers in just one day. The walk-in shower keeps mom safe which gives the family peace of mind. Mom says using her new shower is so easy & makes her happy.

Although I think West Shore is pricey, the end result is 100% better. Our order showed up with the wrong products, but West Shore was great about making it right. Danny N, Jesse M, Jagger S, Jordan S, and Josiah R were very friendly and hard working young men. They were helpful in answering questions as well. Thank you!

The team consisting of Brenton B., Darius B., Doyle C., and Nick C. were great to work with, they were always professional. They all answered and questions and were patient in explaining information about the windows. They worked tirelessly to complete the job within the same day. They made adjustments when necessary when windows sizes needed to be made on the spot. Would recommend West Shores Windows and this team to anyone needing replacement of windows within their homes. Cody Y and Josiah R were great as a team, very friendly, professional, new what they were doing, answered all my questions, explained every step, worked in a timely but not rushed manner, they were respectful of my property and cleaned everything up when the job was done. I couldn't have had a better experience.

John Waldridge, Jody Monroe, Joseph Hartlage, Anthony and the entire West Shore Team did an amazing job. Some of the windows were too big so they put in the additional work of cutting out the frames to guarantee a perfect fit. Prior to the team doing the work the General Manager came out to our home to speak with my husband and me. He wanted to be sure we understood what needed to happen for West Shore to successfully complete the job. He ensured we were okay with the extra time it was going to take because it differed from the original plan. After the work had been completed the team cleaned all the dust and debris so well. The only traces they left of their work were the new windows. Not only do they do excellent work but their customer service is stellar, second to none! They were all kind, friendly and very respectful. I give them 10 stars for a job well done! I would recommend them to any and everyone.
