This company is amazing. I was so stressed out about replacing my roof but they made the experience so easy. My neighbors used this company and highly recommended that I meet with them. After talking to several companies I was happy with the professionalism and quote that they provided. The employees showed up for work on time every morning and there was really good communication provided by the company as well.

I have tried dozens of construction companies but the work is usually lousy so you can end up having them come back to fix again. However United Pro is not the case this LLC takes the craftsmanship to a whole other level. Just by them coming and replacing my shingles alone I could tell I would not be forcefully calling them back but on my own terms willingly calling United Pro to come get it done

I am in awe of the roof replacement and the clean up! The work performed was perfect. I expected no less. The clean up was, if possible, even better. Four years ago they inspected the roof prior to my purchase of the house. As a result of the inspection, I had the recommended work completed. It was done on time, as scheduled and in accordance with the contract. I recommend without restriction. Thanks United Pro!

Great experience. Benny fixed the leak, even though he really did not have any openings the day I called. He just wanted to stop it raining into the house. Then they came back out and did all the repair work on time a few days later, as arranged. Fast, efficient, but also genuinely interested in helping you out. I cannot say enough about these guys.

f I can give United Pro a 10, I would! The team was hardworking, professional, respectful of my property, no nonsense. The 4-5 day work was finished in 3. The 4th day was for touch-up, and waiting for the inspector. They did proper coordination and made sure the boys had their own portable toilet. Benny made sure all 5 workers had what they needed to finish their work properly. The owner, Benny is so easy to talk to, very accommodating, very professional and was at the jobsite all the time. That makes the owner feel they are being taken cared of. I highly recommend this company. Thank You!!

Benny is a honest person. He charges a fair price. I watched his workmanship carefully as he made repairs to my roof. He is very skilled at his craft. The results of his repair work was excellent. My roof showed no evidence that it was ever repaired. That is, the areas of my roof he worked on blended in nicely with the rest of the roof. He brought replacement shingles that matched my roof. He is very easy to talk. He gave me straight answers to my questions.

He was very up front and honest. Because of the character and knowledge he showed me; I, without hesitation chose to give my business to them.

Customer service was amazing! Unlike the big roofing companies where you get transferred from one department to anther and then get put on hold or need to leave a message after speaking with the receptionist, No sales talk. Just tells you what wrong and what needed. I emailed him one Monday night about 9 pm about a concern on the contract he wrote and they responded with a phone call in 10 minutes. Definitely would hire again for future roofing issues.

My experience has yet to be matched, well that might be because I have not been to anyone else since hiring this crew.. I am here to tell you that you will never find a better company that cares about there clients and really puts in work. I am more that proud to say that I have been with them for a year and a half and they have out done themselves each and every time.
