United Pro Construction, LLC did an amazing job at my home. They were at my house within hours the same that I made the initial call. It was a big complicated job and they went above and beyond to make sure that it was completed properly. They even worked on Sunday to expedite it. All of the workers at my home were professional, polite, and very neat. They cleaned up and took away all debris promptly. I would highly recommend this family-owned and operated business!

Roof repair ended up being a complete tear off and the chimney was unstable and had to be rebuilt. Timing was not great as my husband got laid off, but whole job was done in one day!

The contractor was very prompt and very good communicator. He gave me options for materials to control the cost of the repair. He kept his appointment and completed the work promptly. We were able to solve and negotiate any misunderstandings. He cares for his business and will not abandon the client.

Mike and his crew did a great and thorough job in repairing and replacing our shed roof. They paid attention to detail and did the job right. The price was fair and worth every penny. We have a masonry job coming up and we will definitely ask them to give us a quote. We also want to give a shout out to Kasey in the office who scheduled our project and was our main contact. She did an awesome job in making sure everything ran smoothly. Thanks to all!

We hired them to install gutters and guards. At first the gutter guards were not the ones we agreed upon and they had to go back and reinstall them. We also needed our garage and fence painted and he said he was able to do it. It was messy and unprofessional. we had to point out the places where paint had covered surfaces where it did not belong. Our garage is made of wood and brick and they recommended we put siding where the wood was because the wood was worn. An additional cost we did not anticipate. When it rained we noticed the entire front and back of our house was wet. I called the company, when they came back they said we needed a new roof. We called another company who looked at the roof and said the gutters were installed without a drip edge and there was nothing wrong with the roof. We had to spend additional money to have the drip edge installed which fixed the problem. We have no intention of using United Pro again.
