United Pro has been a great experience. After the rain storm we had roof leaking problems, everyone did so Benny did his best to squeeze me in to assess the problem. He came out on a Saturday morning, got up on the roof and immediately saw what was going on. He took pictures to give us a better idea of the problem. We agreed to the work and he and his crew showed up the following Friday. His crew finished for that day and cleaned up as if they were done, but they were still scheduled to come back for another day. They finished the job the following Monday, even cleaned out the gutters and all the debris left from the rain storm. I highly recommend Benny if you have roof problems. Thanks Benny and crew.

This company is amazing. I was so stressed out about replacing my roof but they made the experience so easy. My neighbors used this company and highly recommended that I meet with them. After talking to several companies I was happy with the professionalism and quote that they provided. my husband and I cannot recommend this company enough! We have needed a full re-roof they several years and did quite a bit of research to ensure we were not just going with the cheapest person but the best qualified and best valued contractor. and his crew fit the bill perfectly! He not only communicated professionally, but kept his word and delivered a superb product with a fabulously smooth installation! Even the city building inspector commented and commended him while doing the inspection. The crew is extremely personable yet professional and always had a smile on their faces. Additionally, the quote we received was below several others and very fair and reasonable. Again, we are very thrilled and ecstatic about our experience with United Pro! So much so that we told them they can keep their signs in our yard for free advertisement without expecting any kickback. This is a bit late, but I wanted to give the United Pro crew acknowledgement for a great job. They were very knowledgeable about roofs and various materials to use. We replaced the original roof. The cost was reasonable. The job was done very quickly and efficiently. Everyday, the crew would clean up and we're always on time. I highly recommend United Pro!

United Pro came and inspected my roof that has needed to be replaced for several years. It was in terrible shape. He was patient, he listened, he gave professional advise and a quote I couldn't pass up. His crew showed up on time, worked great together, were very considerate and neat both on the roof as well as around my home. They. took pictures as the job progressed and came down to show me what they were doing. I appreciated this as I could never have climbed on the roof. United Pro did a excellent job installing the 4 roof vent caps for bathroom exhaust fans through our old roof. I contacted them through yelp projects and they quickly responded with a time for an estimate. Benny arrived perfectly on time and he gave me a great estimate. As soon as it stopped raining long enough, they promptly installed the vents in just a few hours. United Pro was easy and friendly to communicate with. I wish all the contractors we hired were as easy to deal with as them. We were impressed by the distance they go for their customers.
