What an amazing team are honest and hardworking craftsmen. I am extremely glad I found them. I knew what I had wrong with my roof but wanted an expert opinion. The technician was honest, showed me pictures and didnâ t try to charge me for something I didnâ t need. He came back two days later right on time and did amazing work and sent me pictures of all the work they did. Extremely fair prices for the quality of work you get. These guys are my roofers first life (although they told me I wonâ t need to see them for awhile because of the maintenance). By the way, all of them were wearing masks due to COVID. 5 stars isnâ t enough. I wish all tradesmen were this good

This company is amazing. I was so stressed out about replacing my roof but they made the experience so easy. My neighbors used this company and highly recommended that I meet with them. After talking to several companies I was happy with the professionalism and quote that they provided. The employees showed up for work on time every morning and there was really good communication provided by the company as well. No matter how many hours you put in no body in the world can match United Proâ s hustle. I have been with them for 6 months and from my house to the end of the block we all use United Pro. Just today I had my shingles replaced fantastic job by the way and I literally watch them walk to the next site next door and waste no time getting to work.

I called United Pro to give me an estimate on my roof. The technician was a very nice person, cordial and to the point. He took a look at my roof and measured it, within 10 min he told me the exact measurements and gave me the price. Unlike other contractors where they try to use big words to try and sell u something, the technician was straight and was the best price out of the 3 companies I called for an estimate. They started the tear off and by the after noon they had taken all the shingles down and began with the new shingles. By the end of the day, they cleaned up the entire property and finished the roof entirely. Hassle free and most important stress free, i dont have to worry about stepping on nail either becuase they used a magnet to pick up all the hidden nails which was cool. Overall United Pro is a top notch compant. I will be reffereing them to all my friends and family and will be using them for all my future projects. THANK YOU UNITED PRO!!!

Customer service was amazing! Unlike the big roofing companies where you get transferred from one department to anther and then get put on hold or need to leave a message after speaking with the receptionist, No sales talk. Just tells you what wrong and what needed. I emailed him one Monday night about 9 pm about a concern on the contract he wrote and they responded with a phone call in 10 minutes. Definitely would hire again for future roofing issues.

Responded immediately to my project and came out the next day. Charged a reasonable price and completed the job within about a hour give or take. Very professional, respectful, reliable and prompt. I highly recommend using United Pro, I already have another job lined up for them.

My roof had been damaged from the rain and they had fixed it perfectly. they were great to work with. Everyone from getting the initial quote, to each work crew that showed up. They were all very polite, professional and took pride in the work they performed. Our old house has a great fresh new look and we highly recommend them.

I have tried dozens of construction companies but the work is usually lousy so you can end up having them come back to fix again. However United Pro is not the case this LLC takes the craftsmanship to a whole other level. Just by them coming and replacing my shingles alone I could tell I would not be forcefully calling them back but on my own terms willingly calling United Pro to come get it done

I had a persistent roof leak for at least seven years. I had previously hired many roofers, who were never able to locate and repair the leak. United Pro initially repaired one leak. When they opened up the shingles to reveal the tar paper he found that the original roofer had slashed the tar paper in numerous locations. Subsequently they found several other leaks. United Pro kept coming back until all the leaks were repaired. We agreed on a fair and reasonable payment for all the work he has done. I am completely happy with his work.

United Pro came as scheduled and identified the cause of the problem. They showed photo of the problem and explained options to fix the problem, pros and cons of each option, and cost of each. I chose an option and they happened to have the material needed on their truck. I was very comfortable with his knowledge, explanations, and cost. I hired them and they fixed the problem on the spot. I was very impressed with them and had them look at two other problems and scheduled him to repairs as well. A very positive experience. I would recommend United Pro to anyone.
