Great experience working with United Pro. Very professional. Benny went up on the roof, looked for damage and took pictures so I could see where the repairs needed to be made. He also explained exactly what heâ d be doing to fix the problems. All that and a one year guarantee on the work means Iâ ll be using him again if I need more roof repairs.

They came out to do an evaluation of the mobile home roof, and when they went on the roof said that it only required a little work which they did on the spot. We got 3 estimates for roof repairs. Benny, from United Pro was by far the most attentive, thorough and personable of the 3 reps. Not only that, but their estimate was almost half of what the other 2 offered. Benny arrived just 4 days later and the work we needed ended up being more extensive than could originally be determined. There was more rotting wood, and therefore shingles that needed replacing. United Pro completed the entire job without changing the price. He needed more materials, and was able to get them and still finished up the same day. It is obvious that United Pro takes pride in his work, as well he should. Top quality repair...Benny absolutely went that extra mile that, sadly, is becoming more and more rare. Great company! Some of my tiles were blown off and my roof was looking a mess. I called United for some help and they came right away for a detailed estimate! They addressed all my questions and concerns and genuinely cared about my situation. They fixed my roof asap and it looks terrific!

I called more than 8 roofing companies and the majority did not even respond to the phone message. This is not the case with United Pro, the owner. He was punctual and came the time he said he will come to look at it. From the 1st assessment, he told me what was wrong and what it will take to fix it. His price was reasonable considering the size of the project and the location of the leak, almost 30 feet up. I agreed, and he came to fix it on the day and hour he said he will come. Not only did he fix the problem, but he checked the entire roof and took care of problems with the roof beside the leak which he came to fix without adding to the cost. I had a very good experience with this company. From beginning to end of job. They arranged their scheduled to meet my schedule was and showed up exactly the time they said they would. I was met with courtesy and respect. They gave me a fair written estimate immediately. Once I acepted the estimate the crew showed up the next day. They were all very friendly and professional. They completed the roof in one day, 3 hours to be exact. It looks beautiful and passed inspection with flying colors
