My husband and I had a great experience using United pro We were referred to them during escrow after another roofing company was unable to come do an in-person inspection due to COVID related circumstances. We called and spoke with Benny and he came right out an inspected the roof and provided wonderful documentation that showed the poor condition of the roof. We were able to get a credit from the sellers as a result, and Benny gave us a very competitive bid on the roof replacement. Great customer service!

I was really impressed with the responsiveness and quick scheduling. I haven't used their services yet, so I can't report on the quality of the work, but they did come highly recommended by a friend who used them for a tear off and re-roof project several years ago. The roofer we used four years ago left us with a brand new leak and has not responded to our calls for repair for more than 2 years...this is part of why United pro quick reply meant so much to me. I received a response within 3 hours and had two phone calls in response to my voice message (which I left before )! Thanks guys

United pro was responsive, professional, and thoughtful with all of our communication throughout the quote process for our rod replacement. Their follow up was superb and he patiently answered any question we had. While we ultimately decided to hold off on replacing our roof, we would certainly recommend Benny and United pro to anyone in need of a pro!

The United Pro crew did an excellent job on our detached garage roof. They were on time, friendly, professional and cleaned up well as they worked. I could not believe how quick yet efficient their work was. We were expecting rain the next day and it was a race against time but top roofing got the job done . He is instrumental in advising us selecting silicone coating as most suitable for our flat roof. I shopped around for quotes after half of my roof was damaged with winds early in the winter and called United Pro for one final quote after already having 12 in my hand everyone was pretty much comparable but what would make the difference was Benny . He was very personable very knowledgeable samples in hand gave me a lot of feedback gave me option. pricing was negotiable to an extent but here is the difference... it was all inclusive there was no hidden charges there was no drama there was no conflict. top of the line foreman and crew! they cleaned up after themselves. I'm extremely happy with their service and my incredible new 30 year roof. Thank you Benny for an incredible experience a hot can-do attitude and top-of-the-line customer service and experience.

Wow phenomenal work from United pro! My ratings: 1.) Customer Service is grade "A." 2.) Work is grade "A." 3.) Price is the middle of the road. Why is it middle of the road with the price? Out of the eight-nine roofing companies that I interviewed. United Pro's price was in the middle compared to other companies. United Pro . has a ten-year warranty for labor and 30 years for material. Most roofing companies usually give you only a five-year warranty. Thank you, United Pro , for your help bringing a smile to my 84-year-old mother's face.

He is down-to-earth and empathetic. He always provided me with his honest opinion. He was transparent with my family and Ime through the whole process. This experience with United Pro . was smooth and easy, like Sunday morning. United pros roofing team re-roofed my home in a matter of 3 days. The house is about 756 square feet. It would have been less time, but there were a lot of shingles that the team had to get rid of. The assignment was done just before the recent one-day storm; so, we were able to put it to the test; and it passed with flying colors. The roofing team was highly knowledgeable. The team was early every day and always cleaned up after every workday. Amazing work!

These guys were able to tear off our 30+ year old concrete tile roof, replace over 40 sheets of water damaged plywood sheets and install the new asphalt shingle roof in 2 days! That?s right, 2 days! The crew worked their butts off in very hot temps, they were professional, courteous and very productive. Benny was excellent, easy to work with and kept us informed of the progress and were always upfront with us. In addition, these guys did not require any money up-front, we paid when the work was 100% complete. I would highly recommend this company for any roofing work you need!
