okay so after calling roofer after roofer I finally came across United Pro. I had roof tiles blow off my house and needed my house tarped quickly... no roofer could do it.... that was until I called Benny , he had the most friendly receptionist I have heard all day and a reassuring voice that said don’t worry we are going to get this fixed. Within two hours Benny and his crew had showed up and fixed the leak. He was very understanding having to deal with homeowners insurance he took his time and offered me all of the options and solutions to fix my roof I ended up deciding just to patch the holes for now and in the summer I’m looking forward to having Benny and his team put a new roof on my house thank you for everything Benny you are awesome!

The whole experience with benny was 5 stars. From making an appointment for an estimate to our final inspection. He communicates well and responds to messages quickly. His crew were hardworking, respectful and worked quickly to complete the job. Benny has done several roofs on our street and the neighbors all highly recommended him.

This company is amazing. I was so stressed out about replacing my roof but they made the experience so easy. My neighbors used this company and highly recommended that I meet with them. After talking to several companies I was happy with the professionalism and quote that they provided. The employees showed up for work on time every morning and there was really good communication provided by the company as well. Now that my roof is complete I have peace of mind and I’m really happy with the experience. Highly recommend United Pro

They gave me a bid for some roof repairs. He was quick to respond and spent time going over everything with me. A very nice, professional guy. He contacted me back to set up a time and was prompt on arrival. His crew found a few additional things during the repair which they fixed without raising the cost of the original quote. They also had to call around several other companies to find the right color match for my replacement shingles. I would definitely use United Pro again. The prices are reasonable, he is professional, and pays attention to detail. All of these characteristics are often hard to find with a contractor these days. Awesome job and I’ll be calling him again, in the future, for other repairs and a full roof replacement when the time comes!

We had our home sell. It was a quick escrow and after the inspection, we had a section of rain gutter that needed replacing. We had only a week and we needed the repair to close. United Pro called me right away after I emailed him. He said he would do the job in 5 days. His guys showed up when scheduled and ready to work. They were done in only 2 hours. Looked great! Kudos to Benny and his team.

The crew did an amazing job from start to finish. When we had questions during the build and called the office, the owner came out to us and personally walked around the site with my husband to answer questions. He could have just called back but he went the extra mile to actually see us and see the work to make sure everything was all right. We have other projects to complete around our house and will be using them again. We were very happy with their service.

The job was done right. The weather did not cooperate causing delays but I was updated on when they would be working. All of my concerns were adressed by the owner in a timely manner. United Pro was Cooperative, dependable and priced less than the other quotes. Owner and staff very polite and easy to work with. The best construction company ive worked with , hands down!

had to deal with my roof leaks a few times with different roofers that wasted time and money $$$$. I called United pRo , in 45 minutes was at my door. He was the only person with the price is right and how to tackle my problem. Within a few days it was done right and to my satisfaction. The roof looks fantastic and I know the way it was done that it will not leak. Five workers on the roof and the job was done quickly and they left it very clean, Great Job!!!!!!!!!

Customer service was amazing! Unlike the big roofing companies where you get transferred from one department to anther and then get put on hold or need to leave a message after speaking with the receptionist, No sales talk. Just tells you what wrong and what needed. I emailed him one Monday night about 9 pm about a concern on the contract he wrote and they responded with a phone call in 10 minutes. Definitely would hire again for future roofing issues.

My experience has yet to be matched, well that might be because I have not been to anyone else since hiring this crew.. I am here to tell you that you will never find a better company that cares about there clients and really puts in work. I am more that proud to say that I have been with them for a year and a half and they have out done themselves each and every time.
