I called United Pro since he was referred by another roofing company who was too busy to help me. Benny was very professional and was available to help me right away, even during this storm. He was able to find a leak, which only ended up being some tiles that were out of place. He was fast, professional, courteous and fair priced. Saving his contact info for future reference. I appreciate the quick help, especially since the downpour started the next day!

United Pro was extremely professional and him and the crew did a great job. He came out quickly for an estimate and was very honest and reasonable. Him and his crew came out and got the job completed in a timely manner. They cleaned up after themselves and arrived when they said they would. Everything looks great and passed inspections on the first run! They are very friendly, respectful and communicated well throughout the process. United Pro Construction were very easy to work with and explained everything as well as completed the job onsite. They were very efficient and thorough when fixing my roof leak and Benny also sealed the other pipe boots while up there for the original quoted price. The price was fair and reasonable and they warrant work in case of issues. I would definitely use them again or recommend them to anyone.

United Pro did a excellent job installing the 4 roof vent caps for bathroom exhaust fans through our old roof. I contacted them through yelp projects and they quickly responded with a time for an estimate. Benny arrived perfectly on time and he gave me a great estimate. As soon as it stopped raining long enough, they promptly installed the vents in just a few hours. United Pro was easy and friendly to communicate with. I wish all the contractors we hired were as easy to deal with as them. We were impressed by the distance they go for their customers. I wanted to take a moment and share my experience with United Pro. I had 4 different sale consultants come out to my house and quote me on a roof. Benny was the ONLY one that went into our attic! He was very up front and honest. Because of the character and knowledge he showed me, I, without hesitation chose to give my business to them.

I am in awe of the roof replacement and the clean up! The work performed was perfect. I expected no less. The clean up was, if possible, even better. Four years ago they inspected the roof prior to my purchase of the house. As a result of the inspection, I had the recommended work completed. I had a very good experience with this company. From beginning to end of job. They arranged their scheduled to meet my schedule was and showed up exactly the time they said they would. I was met with courtesy and respect. They gave me a fair written estimate immediately. Once I accepted the estimate the crew showed up the next day. They were all very friendly and professional. They completed the roof in one day, 3 hours to be exact. It looks beautiful and passed inspection with flying colors.

I wish there was a way to give more stars to this business. We interviewed many businesses for our roof repair but no other business held a candle to benny and his crew (United pro). The job was to be a repair; however, when they were finished, it looked like a brand new roof. They left nothing unturned - right down to making sure all the wood was freshly painted the same color. This group was extremely professional, friendly, timely and did not leave one ounce of trash behind. Marcos came out to give me a quote the same day I called and started the job the following week. Everyone involved in this job was amazing and we would highly recommend United Pro. We will definitely use them again for any projects that come up. Actually, we are already getting a quote for another job. Thank you Benny and your crew for a FABULOUS job - it is truly appreciated!

Customer service was amazing! Unlike the big roofing companies where you get transferred from one department to anther and then get put on hold or need to leave a message after speaking with the receptionist, No sales talk. Just tells you what wrong and what needed. I emailed him one Monday night about 9 pm about a concern on the contract he wrote and they responded with a phone call in 10 minutes. Definitely would hire again for future roofing issues.

The whole experience with benny was 5 stars. From making an appointment for an estimate to our final inspection. He communicates well and responds to messages quickly. His crew were hardworking, respectful and worked quickly to complete the job. Benny has done several roofs on our street and the neighbors all highly recommended him.
