Responsive and polite, sensitive to a small flat roof series of leaks and quick call returns, explaining cause of leaks and repairs needed. I would call these roofers again as needed and recommend them highly.

I had a persistent roof leak for at least seven years. I had previously hired many roofers, who were never able to locate and repair the leak. United Pro initially repaired one leak. When they opened up the shingles to reveal the tar paper he found that the original roofer had slashed the tar paper in numerous locations. Subsequently they found several other leaks. United Pro kept coming back until all the leaks were repaired. We agreed on a fair and reasonable payment for all the work he has done. I am completely happy with his work.

United Pro was actually early for the appointment and was waiting in his truck. I saw them and they were able to checked out the roof leak. They diagnosed the problem and made repairs on the spot. Very friendly and courteous.

They were the only company out of about 10 different companies that responded promptly or even responded for that matter. They provided a free estimate, were on time for that and then did everything they said they would as well as accommodating us and getting to our emergency quickly. The price seemed fair too. the owner was prompt to return my call. Came out the next day and took pictures of the problems on the roof and sent me a price quote for the repairs. I agreed to the affordable estimate, and had him do the repairs. He came out, finished the job in one Day. Very satisfied with his work

I highly recommend United Pro for the work they did for us. We were in a real rush to get our roof repaired, and Benny responded to our inquiry right away, came over the next day to give us an estimate, and then squeezed us in to repair our leaky roof before a big rainstorm arrived. When he was repairing our roof, he found more broken tiles and damage to the chimney, so he repaired that for us as well. I was really pleased with his service - very prompt, cleaned everything up, very pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend him.

Benny is a honest person. He charges a fair price. I watched his workmanship carefully as he made repairs to my roof. He is very skilled at his craft. The results of his repair work was excellent. My roof showed no evidence that it was ever repaired. That is, the areas of my roof he worked on blended in nicely with the rest of the roof. He brought replacement shingles that matched my roof. He is very easy to talk. He gave me straight answers to my questions.

They called us within ten minutes of putting in our request on Home Advisor. He did the repair work on the weekend and was able to finish within a short amount of time. He was polite and even showed us pictures of other areas needing repair. His price was good which was an added bonus. We would definitely recommend
