I was not satisfied with the materials used for the job, and it was not fully completed. I was over charged for lesser quality materials and the work performed. I attempted to address the issue after job was completed, and have not received a call back or visit from the coordinator that first engaged me for the job. I would not recommend this firm at this point to anyone else needed a home repair. If they want to correct this matter with me, they are welcome to call and I fix the matter.

I saw United Pro doing a roof on my neighbors yard. I was beyond blown away by the way they worked. They got their early in the morning and finished that day. So I decided to hire them. They came to my house and got straight to the job. Very affordable and friendly people . Worked hard and fast on my roof and I knew what I was expecting hiring this amazing company. God bless. They did a great job on installing my hearth. They suggested a limestone hearth which i was reluctant to do but when they completed the job it came out wonderful. They also did a great job on cleaning up after upon completion. That's important to me. I plan to use them again for other home improvement projects.

I hired United pro construction too give me an estimate on my roof. They said that the roof was in need to be re-done. They gave a very reasonable price which I could not turn down. I would recommend this company to anyone, family, friends and companions. They are very nice people, very caring and will make sure the job is perfect!

The team did a great job, one issue was the roofers put several holes in the garage ceiling and dropped large amounts of debris in the attic and garage. I had to ask them to clean up debris. In addition, they did patch holes in sheetrock, however, they did not match paint so now I have a patched ceiling. Left roofing material in driveway shingles, vents, etc. The quality of the work done was good, clean up not so good, left bricks, nails, roofing material around yard, and driveway.

The first time we used United Pro Construction we hired them to fix our slate tile patio. They did a GREAT job. First of all, they came on time to look at the project and to give us an estimate. Their pricing was competitive and fair! The work was scheduled and they came when promised, and kept to the schedule. The job was done well. In fact, we hired them again to do our gutters
