They came to my house and got straight to the job. Very affordable and friendly people . Worked hard and fast on my roof and I knew what I was expecting hiring this amazing company. God bless.

After receiving multiples quotes for the project, we decided to pick United Pro Construction because of their overall offer which includes the detailed documentation about the materials to be used, proof of insurance, the excellent warranty, and the best price. When it came time to book the job, they let me decide on the day it would be best for me. When they arrived, you could tell that they knew exactly what to do. They were very organized. An issue came up during the job, and they addressed it with a sense of urgency so the job could be done according to my expectation. The job was done timely. They cleaned my property before to leave. The technician is very much customer service driven, which is a great vision, and I felt it from the first time I met him until the job was complete. I am very satisfied with my choice.

The contractor was very prompt and very good communicator. He gave me options for materials to control the cost of the repair. He kept his appointment and completed the work promptly. We were able to solve and negotiate any misunderstandings. He cares for his business and will not abandon the client.

I highly recommend United Pro for the work they did for us. We were in a real rush to get our roof repaired, and the owner responded to our inquiry right away, came over the next day to give us an estimate, and then squeezed us in to repair our leaky roof before a big rainstorm arrived. When he was repairing our roof, he found more broken tiles and damage to the chimney, so he repaired that for us as well. I was really pleased with his service - very prompt, cleaned everything up, very pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend this company.

I called United Pro to give me an estimate on my roof. The technician was a very nice person, cordial and to the point. He took a look at my roof and measured it, within 10 min he told me the exact measurements and gave me the price. Unlike other contractors where they try to use big words to try and sell u something, the technician was straight and was the best price out of the 3 companies I called for an estimate. They started the tear off and by the after noon they had taken all the shingles down and began with the new shingles. By the end of the day, they cleaned up the entire property and finished the roof entirely. Hassle free and most important stress free, i dont have to worry about stepping on nail either becuase they used a magnet to pick up all the hidden nails which was cool. Overall United Pro is a top notch compant. I will be reffereing them to all my friends and family and will be using them for all my future projects. THANK YOU UNITED PRO!!!

The technician came out to fix our roof. Another company had came out the previous day and way overpriced us. I called the owner next. I told him how many shingles I thought we were missing, and he quoted a price within our budget. He was able to schedule us the very next day. When he arrived, he said I was a little under how many shingles I thought were missing, but he would keep the price he quoted me. He brought plenty of materials and had me pick out a color that matched our roof color. In 30 minutes, he was finished, and our roof looked good as new.

I would recommend United Pro construction for anyone that is looking for great service, professional and fair pricing. Sadly, my roof was beginning to fail me and I needed a full replacement. Luckily, United Pro set my worries aside by working efficiently and giving me a beautiful roof, they brought my home to life in no time. Thanks again!

I wanted to take a moment and share my experience with United Pro. I had 4 different sale consultants come out to my house and quote me on a roof. The owner was the ONLY one that went into our attic! He was very up front and honest. Because of the character and knowledge he showed me; I, without hesitation chose to give my business to them.

I had a very good experience with this company. From beginning to end of job. They arranged their scheduled to meet my schedule was and showed up exactly the time they said they would. I was met with courtesy and respect. They gave me a fair written estimate immediately. Once I accepted the estimate the crew showed up the next day. They were all very friendly and professional. They completed the roof in one day, 3 hours to be exact. It looks beautiful and passed inspection with flying colors.
