had to deal with my roof leaks a few times with different roofers that wasted time and money $$$$. I called United pRo , in 45 minutes was at my door. He was the only person with the price is right and how to tackle my problem. Within a few days it was done right and to my satisfaction. The roof looks fantastic and I know the way it was done that it will not leak. Five workers on the roof and the job was done quickly and they left it very clean, Great Job!!!!!!!!!

The crew did an amazing job from start to finish. When we had questions during the build and called the office, the owner came out to us and personally walked around the site with my husband to answer questions. He could have just called back but he went the extra mile to actually see us and see the work to make sure everything was all right. We have other projects to complete around our house and will be using them again. We were very happy with their service.

Customer service was amazing! Unlike the big roofing companies where you get transferred from one department to anther and then get put on hold or need to leave a message after speaking with the receptionist, No sales talk. Just tells you what wrong and what needed. I emailed him one Monday night about 9 pm about a concern on the contract he wrote and they responded with a phone call in 10 minutes. Definitely would hire again for future roofing issues.

United Pro did a excellent job installing the 4 roof vent caps for bathroom exhaust fans through our old roof. I contacted them through yelp projects and they quickly responded with a time for an estimate. Benny arrived perfectly on time and he gave me a great estimate. As soon as it stopped raining long enough, they promptly installed the vents in just a few hours. United Pro was easy and friendly to communicate with. I wish all the contractors we hired were as easy to deal with as them. We were impressed by the distance they go for their customers. I can definitely recommend them for any roofing project on your home or business

I called United Pro to give me an estimate on my roof. The technician was a very nice person, cordial and to the point. He took a look at my roof and measured it, within 10 min he told me the exact measurements and gave me the price. Unlike other contractors where they try to use big words to try and sell u something, the technician was straight and was the best price out of the 3 companies I called for an estimate. They started the tear off and by the after noon they had taken all the shingles down and began with the new shingles. By the end of the day, they cleaned up the entire property and finished the roof entirely. Hassle free and most important stress free, i dont have to worry about stepping on nail either becuase they used a magnet to pick up all the hidden nails which was cool. Overall United Pro is a top notch compant. I will be reffereing them to all my friends and family and will be using them for all my future projects. THANK YOU UNITED PRO!!!

We were contacted by Benny through thumbtack for a patio roof leak repair per our request. He scheduled an estimate appt with us. We found Benny to be timely and he not only gave us a reasonable quote but he came prepared and did the repair on the spot. Approximately a week or so later one seam leaked again and so I called him and with two days later he came and redid the seam . Benny came on a Sunday no less to help us with OUR time crunch. We found him to be timely, friendly, expanatory to the issue, motivated to get the job done efficiently and that he stands behind his work. We would definitely call on him again for future roof needs and would recommend Benny and United Pro to anyone looking for roofing needs.

I had a very good experience with this company. From beginning to end of job. They arranged their scheduled to meet my schedule was and showed up exactly the time they said they would. I was met with courtesy and respect. They gave me a fair written estimate immediately. Once I acepted the estimate the crew showed up the next day. They were all very friendly and professional. They completed the roof in one day, 3 hours to be exact. It looks beautiful and passed inspection with flying colors

After several quotes for our tile roof and rotted wood repair, the one from United Pro was easily the most thorough, easy to understand, and most fairly priced. When more issues were revealed during the course of the repair (which I expected, given the amount of dry rot involved), Benny did the additional work while honoring the original estimate. The work was done quickly and on time.

United Pro came as scheduled and identified the cause of the problem. They showed photo of the problem and explained options to fix the problem, pros and cons of each option, and cost of each. I chose an option and they happened to have the material needed on their truck. I was very comfortable with his knowledge, explanations, and cost. I hired them and they fixed the problem on the spot. I was very impressed with them and had them look at two other problems and scheduled him to repairs as well. A very positive experience. I would recommend United Pro to anyone.

They came out to my house around 4pm on the same day, i was honestly surprised because it was so quick. Their prices were fair and they were honest about my roof and the work that needed to be done.
