Very professional, courteous, performed the work in the timeframe originally discussed. When we brought some minor problems to Bennyâ s attention, he immediately came to our residence to make things right. The best recommendation I can make is that they care - not only about the job, but about the customer. United Pro called us several times to ensure that our family was safe, and to let us know that they were there for us 24/7 for any assistance we needed!

My re-roof project went great. I was so impressed. I received the written contract and estimate immediately upon the physical inspection. I gave my approval on a Friday, permits were pulled Monday, work was completed Thursday (even while I had a tree being removed at the same time) I was not home to witness the work, everyday when I got home, the site was clean. Benny was available to answer my questions at all times. United Pro was knowledgable, up front with everything and very professional. Only time will tell how my roof will hold up, but based upon my experience so far, I have every confidence they will be there if I need them

After contacting 8 or more roofers and I found that none of them either had the time or inclination to do a repair job. Those that did come tried to talk me into a whole new roof or didnâ  t respond d back with an estimate as promised. Then I contacted United Pro and what a difference! Secretary in the office set up the appointment and was a dream to speak with regarding questions before and after the job. On the day of our inspection Benny called just prior to our appointed time to advise that he was going to be there in 30 mins just like he said in the previous callâ  . What consideration! Our inspection was just as it should be. He explained everything in detail that needed to be done to correct the problem and he even checked out the rest of the roof to make sure that nothing else was wrong. He left the estimate prior to leaving and even called and left a message to say that he left it in a different place than discussed. Now we talking professionalism, included with the estimate were: a brief history of the company, his insurance, state bonding information, employee certifications and referrals (two of which I contacted) all in a presentation folder. On the day of the repair everything was handled by two every nice gentlemen. You would never know that a repair had been made as nothing was out of place afterwards and the roof was seamless. Needless to say United Pro will be getting the job of re-roofing our house with the time comes and I will be referring them to all my friends and colleagues. This as a job well done!

UNITED PRO IS A TRUE PRO IN EVERYTHING THEY DID, RIGHT FROM THE TIME THEY SAID THEY THEY WOULD BE AT THE HOUSE FOR AN ESTIMATE TO THE TIME THEY SAID THEY START ON THE ACTUAL JOB TO THE TIME THEY SAID THEYWOULD FINISH. THE JOB THEY DID, I COULD NOT ASK FOR MORE AND THE PRICE THEY QUOTED WAS THE SAME PRICE THAT TWO OTHERS CONTRACTORS HAD QUOTED.

Fantastic work by Benny and his crew, true professionals, United Pro is filled with very hard workers. They did everything what they had to do at a 120% pace and perfected everything, I am very grateful that I chose this company to do the work on my house!

Did An amazing job on everything, they took their time trying to perfect everything and I really appreciated that, they worked very hard and any questions I had they stopped what they were doing to get me to understand, I canâ t thank them enough for the beautiful job they did!

They were the first to call to arrange an estimate, and he showed up exactly when he said he would. He was extremely knowledgeable, and explained the problem to me in detail. We were able to set up repairs for the next day. His men were punctual and cleaned up so well you couldnâ t even tell they were there. I am very pleased with the quality of the work!

Benny came to my house to give me an estimate. His price was the best for the job, and he gave a great presentation. They removed the old roof without damaging anything, then the next day installed the new roof in one day. I was impressed with Benny, the boss on the job. He is very knowledgable and answered all my questions. They guys on the job worked very well together. The work looks good, and it hasnâ t rained enough to check for leaks, but if there is any they said they would be out right away to fix anything.

United Pro Construction did an amazing siding job on my house! They gave me a great price on it, they did everything perfectly, the timing was amazing, very communicative and helpful through this process. Very happy and satisfied with the work that was done and very glad I chose this company to do it.
