Customer service was amazing! Unlike the big roofing companies where you get transferred from one department to anther and then get put on hold or need to leave a message after speaking with the receptionist, No sales talk. Just tells you what wrong and what needed. I emailed him one Monday night about 9 pm about a concern on the contract he wrote and they responded with a phone call in 10 minutes. Definitely would hire again for future roofing issues.

This company shows what every roofer should be: honest, reliable, prompt and knowledgeable! He gave us a great price and made no attempt to inflate it--something I really appreciate. He arrived when promised, worked intensely and finished promptly. He even showed me a photo of the finished roof! Excellent choice! I highly recommend him.

Responsive, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, timely, friendly. Quote was reasonable and explained in depth. On time for inspection and repair. He went above and beyond fixing some things he on the missed in initial inspection and no additional charges. When the rain came I felt so good that my roof is good for years to come. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND United Pro!

The crew did an amazing job from start to finish. When we had questions during the build and called the office, the owner came out to us and personally walked around the site with my husband to answer questions. He could have just called back but he went the extra mile to actually see us and see the work to make sure everything was all right. We have other projects to complete around our house and will be using them again. We were very happy with their service.

Responded immediately to my project and came out the next day. Charged a reasonable price and completed the job within about a hour give or take. Very professional, respectful, reliable and prompt. I highly recommend using United Pro, I already have another job lined up for them.

Get a certificate of insurance first before they do the work including Workmens Comp. which the salesman said he had the company had he did not know!
