I called United Pro since he was referred by another roofing company who was too busy to help me. Benny was very professional and was available to help me right away, even during this storm. He was able to find a leak, which only ended up being some tiles that were out of place. He was fast, professional, courteous and fair priced. Saving his contact info for future reference. I appreciate the quick help, especially since the downpour started the next day!

UNITED PRO IS A TRUE PRO IN EVERYTHING THEY DID, RIGHT FROM THE TIME THEY SAID THEY THEY WOULD BE AT THE HOUSE FOR AN ESTIMATE TO THE TIME THEY SAID THEY START ON THE ACTUAL JOB TO THE TIME THEY SAID THEYWOULD FINISH. THE JOB THEY DID, I COULD NOT ASK FOR MORE AND THE PRICE THEY QUOTED WAS THE SAME PRICE THAT TWO OTHERS CONTRACTORS HAD QUOTED.

United pro construction Is the best, out of every company I called they had reasonable prices were polite cleaned after their work and made sure I and my family were happy with the job, I highly recommend this company as for me I will always call them if I have any work to get done.

We were contacted by Benny through thumbtack for a patio roof leak repair per our request. He scheduled an estimate appt with us. We found Benny to be timely and he not only gave us a reasonable quote but he came prepared and did the repair on the spot. Approximately a week or so later one seam leaked again and so I called him and with two days later he came and redid the seam . Benny came on a Sunday no less to help us with OUR time crunch. We found him to be timely, friendly, expanatory to the issue, motivated to get the job done efficiently and that he stands behind his work. We would definitely call on him again for future roof needs and would recommend Benny and United Pro to anyone looking for roofing needs.

Customer service was amazing! Unlike the big roofing companies where you get transferred from one department to anther and then get put on hold or need to leave a message after speaking with the receptionist, No sales talk. Just tells you what wrong and what needed. I emailed him one Monday night about 9 pm about a concern on the contract he wrote and they responded with a phone call in 10 minutes. Definitely would hire again for future roofing issues.

United Pro did a excellent job installing the 4 roof vent caps for bathroom exhaust fans through our old roof. I contacted them through yelp projects and they quickly responded with a time for an estimate. Benny arrived perfectly on time and he gave me a great estimate. As soon as it stopped raining long enough, they promptly installed the vents in just a few hours. United Pro was easy and friendly to communicate with. I wish all the contractors we hired were as easy to deal with as them. We were impressed by the distance they go for their customers. I can definitely recommend them for any roofing project on your home or business

I had a very good experience with this company. From beginning to end of job. They arranged their scheduled to meet my schedule was and showed up exactly the time they said they would. I was met with courtesy and respect. They gave me a fair written estimate immediately. Once I acepted the estimate the crew showed up the next day. They were all very friendly and professional. They completed the roof in one day, 3 hours to be exact. It looks beautiful and passed inspection with flying colors.

Benny is a honest person. He charges a fair price. I watched his workmanship carefully as he made repairs to my roof. He is very skilled at his craft. The results of his repair work was excellent. My roof showed no evidence that it was ever repaired. That is, the areas of my roof he worked on blended in nicely with the rest of the roof. He brought replacement shingles that matched my roof. He is very easy to talk. He gave me straight answers to my questions.

I have tried dozens of construction companies but the work is usually lousy so you can end up having them come back to fix again. However United Pro is not the case this LLC takes the craftsmanship to a whole other level. Just by them coming and replacing my shingles alone I could tell I would not be forcefully calling them back but on my own terms willingly calling United Pro to come get it done
