Every detail of the job was provided and explained, along with documents of contractorâ s license, workers comp., insurance, etc. United Pro was always available and worked our meetings around my work schedule. The work was begun quickly, progressed steadily, and completed quickly. When I wasnâ t satisfied with a cosmetic detail, the salesman had the crew return and correct it. I really appreciated his courtesy and friendliness. A major project like this is always stressful for the home owner, but Serge made it easier to deal with. Fantastic! The salesman was amazing, professional, friendly and really great to work with. They quoted me a price that was very low to redo the ENTIRE roof after the recent winds damaged it (the least expensive of all the quotes I got). I was afraid it was a bait and switch but on the contrary they did what they said they would do without a penny more. Finished the work quickly, cleaned up after themselves and I feel really blessed about the whole experience with Reliable Roofing. Benny helped with the paperwork and payments were all friendly, and helpful. I never felt for one moment I was bothering them when I called with my paranoid questions. Please ask to work with Benny! spoke with Benny and he came out the next day after the rain had stopped. He and hid aid located the source of the leak late into day. United Pro worked late into the evening until after dark to repair the roof. I hired another service professional to fix the leak, and after a couple of attempts in more than 12 months, the leak was still there.

I needed some shingles replaced due to high winds. I had gotten an estimate from United Pro. When that fell through, Benny agreed to come out to do the job anyway, and at the original quote! I was having trouble getting the first guy to come out but Benny came out the next day, when he said he would be there. I needed the repairs done because the weather was going to get bad the day after he was out, and I wanted it done for my piece of mind. He even charged me $25 dollars less then the first quote, but I paid him the original amount because I was pleased that he got the job done in a quick and professional manner, unlike the other guy;. I will call United Pro for all my roofing needs.

United Pro Construction were very easy to work with and explained everything as well as completed the job onsite. They were very efficient and thorough when fixing my roof leak and Benny also sealed the other pipe boots while up there for the original quoted price. The price was fair and reasonable and they warrant work in case of issues. I would definitely use them again or recommend them to anyone.

I liked their honesty and thoroughness as to what they found needed to be done. It wasnâ t my first estimate and they found obvious rotted wood around the chimney which the other company didnâ t even mention. Plus, the estimate was $1200 lower than the other estimate. Apparently, I was told the sky light needed to be replaced when it wasnâ t the case. I was confident that what needed to be fixed was being fixed. He was able to point out another area of the roof that I hadnâ t mentioned but knew about and then he fixed that as well for a low fee. I liked the two men who came, they were very professional and personable and I would hire them back anytime. I wish I had more people to recommend them to since I trusted them that much.
