Joe is very knowledgeable and courteous. He did an examination of the roof and texted multiple pictures so I would know exactly what work needed to be done. He explained problems with the original roof installation and how his company would install the new roofing correctly. Not only was his quote more thorough than others in describing what would be done, it was also the best price. All work was done as scheduled, and I continued to receive pictures throughout the process. All workers were courteous and very respectful of the property. I am very happy with this company and already have them scheduled to paint the exterior of my house. I will definitely recommend them to friends and use them for future projects.

Joe was very through in his explanation of the work that was done and any future work. He gave me a quote and sent me several pictures of the current state of my roof. He is very knowledgeable and courteous.

Full extensive Tile repairs are not always on the front burner when you think what is needed is a repair. The life expectancy of a single layer 30lbs underlayment is about 15 to 18 years which most builders used back then and now. If your home is this old it is wise to get the underlayment inspected to see how the underlayment and wood Batten sticks are holding up. In most cases it has seen it's life expectancy for water retention value and the wood battens are rotting away, leaving exposed nail holes and damages to the worn-out underlayment. By not checking leaks and seepage will result, causing mold, rotted sheathing, and an unhealthy living environment. The codes have changed so you will likely need proper ventilation to have a good manufacturers warranty of 20 years with a double layer. The Gentleman explained everything that was going on with my roof, the repairs that may need to be made in the future and he answered all of my questions. He sent me pictures which I got and I sent them to the insurance company.

Joe explained everything that was wrong with the roof, gave me an estimate and then got his crew right on it! He also explained about installing vents that would help keep the attic cooler with an end result of lower energy bills, I have already recommended Joe to my Realtor, family and friends. Joe Rubanow and his crew were a pleasure to work with. I originally was just looking to install a couple of missing roof tiles. I asked Joe to do an inspection of our roof and he immediately found all kinds of problems that our home inspector missed, Joe gave me a quote and stuck to it. Joe also recommended that we consider adding roofing ventilation to help cool the attic which in turn would result in lower cooling costs. We had him install the vents and then extended the job to include the patio cover. I am thankful that Joe answered my inquiry on Angi to do our roof. He and his crew very very professional and did a great job! I have already recommended him to family and friends! Thanks Joe for peace of mind.
