Joe and his foreman go above and beyond for his customers. I called them on the 4th of July weekend to check a water leak on the ceiling. He had put our new roof on a year ago. He had just gotten out of the hospital a few hours earlier yet he and his foreman showed up within the hour and throughly checked for source of any leaks. Everything was good with the roof yet Joe and his foreman searched the attic and found the problem to be the AC condensation pan. He left us one of his fans to help dry out the ceiling. We were very appreciative of their quick response and excellent customer service.

I am happy your AC leaks had been resolved. The hospital was only 3 miles from your house so I thought I would come by check it out. I was very happy we found the issue and fixed the AC pan which was moved by the AC company doing a service call a couple of days prior. We found the problem, removed the ceiling insulation, and started the dry-out process to avoid mold and further damages to the kitchen ceiling. My customers can always count on my company! Joe Rubanow was friendly and honest, he gave me a inspection of the roof and concluded that I needed some roofing repair. His crew was friendly and fast and clean up very good before they left. My roof looked beautiful when they were done. I would recommend Structural Technology roofing to anyone Robert mullins

Joe the owner of Structural Technology is very knowledgeable;edgeable and professional! He helped me through a trying insurance storm claim. They renovated the interior of my house and roof replacement upgrade four years ago. Joe came back at my request to inspect the roof prior to the sale of my home. All went well-the roof passed with flying colors. I also requested he complete a big yard clean up for curb appeal and he did so without hesitation. and was done to perfection. I would highly recommend Steructural Technology due to the complexity of the damage, experience, honesty and customer service above all!

A truly outstanding and customer oriented company. The crews were professional, did quality work, protected my property, and cleaned up everyday. Joe is very meticulous and goes well above and beyond to ensure I was happy throughout the whole process. Explained every detail. He is perfectionist who takes pride in what he does. When short about a dozen ridge tile, he personally spent nearly two days looking throughout the Valley to match or nearly match the existing tile, which 20-years old, in color. I would recommend this company with no hesitation. His pricing is reasonable, but his value is much higher.

I had some concerns about my roof, and he did not try to sell me anything I do not need. They are honest, dependable, and I would recommend them to anyone!

Most homeowners know when the neighbors are getting new roof underlayments they should also to avoid leaks, roof sheathing damages, seepage, interior drywall damages to the insulation-mold and costly repairs. Most roofers would have tried to sell you a new underlayment due to the age, luckliy the original roofer used an expensive commercial grade base sheet which bought you another 10 years and you bought yourself a new car. It was very nice to see you again.

I called him for a roof repair for broken tile and he was here within an hour. He took picture of work , kept me updated, and the price was reasonable.
