Structural Technology Custom Homes is a real life saver! As this was my first property claim, I really had no idea how any of this all worked. My insurance was giving me the brush-off and I felt like I had little in the way of choices. Joe was so helpful in understanding the process, working directly with a very difficult claims adjuster and making me feel at ease; always. He even found damages that the adjustor failed to document as part of the initial inspection and was able to help me in updating the claim. Joe provided a comprehensive plan for replacing the whole roof and repairing the related interior damages. He always provided me with options without compromising on quality. During the job, a neighbor who had also received similar damage was having there roof replaced. This is where the quality of the products used and the professionalism of the team really stood out. Joe and his entire team were excellent and did a fantastic job with my home. I am so pleased with the results and would highly recommend Structural Technology Custom Homes to everyone.
